Mail solution required

I need to buy a new piece of mailing software to send out material my customers. Can any recommend a web-based piece of kit that can do this. It is not for spam, so the volumes won't be insanely high, just for my player dbase.

i recommend
desktop super server...(spam)

but, spam doesnt work. if you want
just create an application
that sends targeted emails personalized..
how... with an asp ext.. or assembled software...

you can also let the program
write down every sales representative..
extension.. sales email... etc..etc..

Do you know one with a web front end? My mail server is not on my desktop - its in a different place altogether!
